VP Foam Spray was tasked with insulating a 400 square metre metal roof for a local football club in London. Metal roofs are known for condensation issues, especially in the UK’s damp climate, where temperature fluctuations can cause moisture to accumulate, damaging structures and creating an uncomfortable environment. We applied closed-cell spray foam insulation across the entire roof, creating an airtight, seamless barrier that effectively prevents condensation from forming. The spray foam adheres tightly to the metal, forming a durable, moisture-resistant layer that ensures lasting protection against damp and mould.

Our spray foam solution not only stops condensation but also improves the building’s thermal performance, making it more energy-efficient and comfortable for players and staff year-round.
